摘 要:以功能梯度蜂窝为对象探讨准静态分析方法在梯度点阵材料中的有效性。首先,从单胞组成材料方面探讨构造材料宏观属性的梯度变化方法,并建立材料等效参数的计算模型,应用渐近均匀化方法计算材料的等效参数,给出了大量计算结果数据;然后,根据数据结果构造了不同的蜂窝梯度材料计算模型,应用有限元瞬态分析方法,分析材料的波动特性;最后,分别应用准静态方法和有限元动态方法得到了材料水平方向的波速,结果表明:两种方法的误差在5%以内,论证了准静态分析方法的有效性。Functional gradient honeycomb materials are taken as the example to investigate the validity of quasi-static analysis method for gradient lattice materials. Firstly, the design methods for gradient honeycomb material with gradient macroscopic properties are investigated by changing the material composition in the unit cell. Secondly, the numerical models are established for calculating the effective properties by applying asymptotic homogenization method and a large amount of datum tables are ob- tained. Then, several numerical models of the honeycomb gradient material are constructed according to the datum. And the wave propagation of the material is analyzed by means of Transient Finite Element Analysis. Finally, the wave velocities in the models are gotten by applying quasi-static analysis method and Transient Finite Element Analysis method, respectively. The results show, errors of the velocity obtained by the two methods do not exceed 5%, therefore, the validity of the quasi-static analysis method is certified.
