摘 要:目的:采用化学反应、薄层色谱法(TLC)和高效液相色谱法分别进行小儿肺咳糖浆的定性、定量检测,研究小儿肺咳糖浆质量标准。方法:采用化学反应对铵盐和氯化物进行定性鉴别,采用TLC对处方中甘草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定糖浆中甘草酸铵的含量。结果:鉴别方法专属性强,甘草酸铵在0.0936~1.8713μg·mL-1范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,r=1(n=6),平均回收率为103.72%,RSD=1.5。结论:该方法简便,灵敏度高,重复性好,可有效控制止咳糖浆的质量。Objective:The qualitative identification of cough syrup and quality standard were studied. Methods:The chemical reactions for qualitative identification and ammonium chloride; By thin layer chromatography (TLC method) of liquorice in the prescription qualitative identification; Using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determining the content of ammonium glycyrrhetate in syrup. Results:The chemical reaction and TLC identification method of specific, ammonium glycyrrhetate in 0. 0936-1. 8713μg·mL-1 good linear relationship between concentration and peak area in range,r=1 (n= 6), the average recovery was 103.72% ,RSD= 1.5. Conclusion: This method is simple,high sensitivity,good repeatability,can be used for quality control of lung cough syrup.
