摘　　要：2型糖尿病和痴呆已经成为全球面临的公共卫生问题。2型糖尿病可导致众多认知域的损害，包括轻度认知障碍和痴呆。然而，2型糖尿病患者认知损害的确切生理病理机制尚未完全明确。本文综述了2型糖尿病认知障碍相关的危险因素以及2型糖尿病与痴呆的共同相关的致病基因，以期为老年2型糖尿病认知障碍的预防和治疗提供策略。Type 2 diabetes（T2DM） and dementia have been global public health problems. T2DM can cause cognitive impairment in numerous cognitive domains, including mild cognitive impairment and dementia. However, pathophysiological mechanism of cognitive impairment in T2DM patients is not clear. This article summarized risk factors of cognitive impairment in elderly patients with T2DM and susceptible genes associated with both T2DM and dementia, expecting to provide strategies for prevention and treatment of cognitive impairment in elderly patients with T2DM.
