北京市某结核病定点医院肺结核网络直报质量及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的对北京市某结核病定点医院网络直报质量及其相关影响因素进行分析评价。方法采取系统随机抽样的方法从2014年1月至2015年12月传染病网络直报的18 423张传染病报卡中抽取1000张报卡进行质量检查和综合分析。结果该院的传染病报卡在报告率(100%)、及时报告率(100%)、完整率(95.2%)和准确率(98.3%)方面达到国家要求,结核性胸膜炎、疑似诊断病例和非结核内科医生报告等方面的院内报告率较低。同时,患者拒答也是影响传染病报卡完整性的重要因素。结论该院网络直报质量较好,但是影响因素复杂,需要制定相应的整改措施来继续提高传染病报卡质量。Objective To evaluate the quality of communicable disease network direct reporting in a designated tuberculosis（ TB） hospital in Beijing and analyze the related factors. Methods The quality analysis was conducted by using 1000 case cards randomly selected from 18 423 case cards reported through notifiable communicable disease network direct reporting system from January 2014 to December 2015. Results The results showed that the reporting rate（ 100%）,reporting timeliness rate（ 100%）,reporting completeness rate（ 95. 2%） and reporting accuracy rate（ 98. 3%） of communicable diseases in the hospital had met the national requirements,but the internal reporting rates of tuberculosis pleurisy,suspected TB were low, and less non tuberculosis physician reported TB cases. Meanwhile, many patients refused to fill the questionnaires,which greatly reduced the completeness of network direct reporting. Conclusion The hospital ＇s network direct reporting quality was high,but the influence factors were complex. It is necessary to take targeted measures to improve the quality of network direct reporting of communicable diseases.
