摘　　要：首先阐述分析了我国中小物流企业联盟的定义、研究背景及意义、风险的含义及特征,然后运用PEST分析法简要分析联盟的外部风险及相应的评价指标,并且参考汪贻生[1]等集成定义方法功能模型(IDEFO)分析并解释联盟合作的构建过程,系统阐述了物流组织运作四个阶段的不同风险,进而有针对性地提出相对应的规避风险的策略。研究联盟战略存在的风险问题,总结联盟失败的原因,提出相应的解决方法,以期对联盟今后发展具有重要的实践意义。Firstly,this paper analyzes the definition of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in our country, the background and significance,as well as the meaning and characteristics of the risk.Then use the PEST analysis method to analysis the external risk briefly and the corresponding evaluation index.What＇s more,by referring to Wang Yi sheng＇s IDEFO and then explaining the process of the alliance construction,this paper systematically describes different risks of the four stages.After that corresponding strategy about the risks are put forward.Study the risk of the alliance strategy, then summarize the reasons for failure and put forward the corresponding solution are of great significance to the future development of the alliance.
