摘  要:基于当前我国铁水联运运价体系存在的问题,分析了运价的基本构成,重新确定了铁水联运定价主体以及定价监管调控部门,并建立了一套合理的运价监管机制。最后提出了铁水联运运价体系改革策略,包括集装箱回空运输定价、客户分类定价、市场需求的价格弹性定价、区(线)差异及边际成本定价等。Based on the current China, this paper analyzes the problems of rail-water through transport freight fares system in basic structure of the freight rate, determines the subject of pricing and pricing regulation and regulatory authorities, so as to develop a set of reasonable price regulation mechanism. At the end of the paper, rail-water through transport freight fares system reform strategy is put forward, and a flexible rate system is established including container back to the air transport pricing, customer classification pricing, market demand price elasticity, district (line) difference and marginal cost pricing.
