天丝高档纯棉类品种引入珍珠纤维的实践

摘　　要：为开发高附加值珍珠纤维面料，在掌握该纤维的物理特性及性能指标的基础上，对本企业纺制珍珠纤维品种进行可行性分析，将珍珠纤维引入天丝高档纯棉类品种，纺制出CJ／ZZ50／5014．7tex、LFTS／ZZ70／3014．8tex纱线，试制出LFTS40＋CJ／ZZ50／5040×120×80×63天丝棉珍珠绸面料；详细分析了试制该面料各工序的工艺配置及参数。指出：天丝棉珍珠绸附加值高，值得推广。For the development of high added value pearl fiber fabric, after the grasp of the fiber＇s physical characteristics and performance index, feasibility analysis is done of the enterprise spinning pearl fiber varieties. The pearl fiber is introdued to produce high-grade cotton varieties with Tencel,sueh as CJ/ZZ 50/50 14.7 rex, LFTS/ZZ 70/30 14.8 tex yarn and Tencel pearl fi- ber fabric LFTS40＋CJ/ZZ 50/50 40× 120 × 80 × 63. A detailed analysis is done of the trial process configuration and process parameters. It is pointed out that Tencel pearl fiber is of high added value,worthy of promotion.
