摘  要:针对现有空气捻接器难以满足新型纱线和特种纱线的捻接要求,捻接质量无法保证的现状,从目前空气捻接技术的最佳应用范围入手,以粗号纱、天丝、弹性包芯纱为例,阐述当前空气捻接技术存在的主要问题,从退捻和加捻的角度分析影响捻接稳定性的主要因素及捻接块的作用和优化思路。指出:人工检测特种纱线捻接质量不稳定、捻接器适用范围窄、空捻技术不兼容、捻接程式单一已经成为空气捻接器的发展瓶颈,应借鉴国外同行甚至跨行业的经验,实现新旧捻接技术的对接,开发电子化、程序化、智能化的新型空气捻接器。In view of the the status quo of the existing air splicer in difficulty to meet the new yarn and specialty yarn splicing process with poor yarn quality, starting from air splicing tech- nology regarding the best application,sampling coarse yarn and Tencel,elastic package yarn as an example,the main problems are discussed with the air twist technology from the view of de- twisting and twisting such as the main factors affecting the stability of the splicing and the role of splicing block and optimizaed methods. It is pointed out that artificial detection of special yarn splicing is not stable, narrow scope in application, not compatible in air splicing, single in splicing programme, which has become the bottleneck of the development of the air splicer. It is necessary to learn something from foreign counterparts, or even from cross industry experi- ence, to achieve docking between the old and the new splicing technology for the development of electronic, procedures, intelligent new air splicer.
