医学生就医行为与人格特征关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究医学生的就医行为,探讨就医行为与性格之间的关系。方法用分层随机抽样的方法对安徽省某医学院500例大学生进行医疗服务利用KAP问卷调查,应用艾森克人格问卷进行性格调查,运用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果医疗服务利用KAP调查知识部分平均得分为21.1,医学生医疗服务利用知识得分较低。在艾森克人格问卷调查中,典型外向型和倾向外向型学生合计为284人(56.8%),占调查人数一半以上。医学生医疗服务利用KAP与性格EPQ的相关性分析中,学生性格的内外向性与其医疗服务利用的知识、态度和行为均有显著相关性,P<0.05;精神质(P)与医疗服务利用的行为有显著相关性,P<0.05;神经质(N)与医疗服务利用的态度有显著相关性,P<0.05。结论医学生的就医行为与性格可能存在一定的相关性,可以针对不同性格特征的人群进行就医行为干预。Objective To study the health seeking behavior of medical students, to explore the relationship between the medical behavior and personality. Methods A sample of 500 medical students was selected randomly to conduct questionnaire survey. The questionnaire includes two aspects： one was the health service utilization KAP questionnaire; another was the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （ EPQ, Chinese version） . All data were using SPSS to make statistical analysis. Results The knowledge score of KAP questionnaire was lower （21.1）. The total number of typical extroversion and tendencies was 284 （56.8%） in the Extraversion （ E） classification of EPQ, accounting for more than the half number of survey. The Extraversion of respondents was significantly correlated with knowledge, attitude and behavior of health service utilization （ P〈0. 05） . Neuroticism （ N ） had significant correlation with attitude of health services utilization （ P〈0. 05 ） . Psychoticism （P） had significant correlation with behavior of health service utilization （P〈0.05）. Conclusions There may be a correlation between health seeking behavior and character. It is possible to intervene in the health seeking behavior of persons according to the characteristics.
