摘 要:针对15%体积掺量的木纤维混凝土分别进行了立方体试块与空心砌块的试验研究,变掺量的分析木纤维混凝土的材料配合比,测试不同水灰比、CR乳胶、减水剂含量下多组木纤维混凝土试块的力学性能。通过试验分析不同的水灰比、CR乳胶掺量与砌块尺寸对木纤维混凝土力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,15%体积掺量的木纤维混凝土经碱液预处理后,在水灰比0.2,CR乳胶掺量5%条件下制备的空心砌块成型较好,密度较小,符合JG/T 327—2011《植物纤维工业灰渣混凝土砌块》中承重砌块的强度要求,实现了大掺量植物纤维混凝土作为承重砌块的目标。In this thesis,the experimental research towards the concrete combined 15% plant fiber were carried out to the test cube and hollow block separately;analyze the material mixing ratio of the plant fiber concrete through various contents;test the mechanical performance to multiple sets of plant fiber concrete blocks varies different water cement ratio, contents of the CR latex and water reducing agent; analyze the impacts that various contents such as water cement ratio, the CR latex and water reducing a- gent would exact to the mechanical performance of the plant fiber concrete. The tests indicate that with the use of 15% volume content of plant fiber concrete, pre -treated by the alkali liquor, with 0.2 water cement ratio and 5% contents of CR latex,the formability of the hollow blocks is better,the density is lower,which would satisfy the standards of JG/T 327--2011 "Plant fiber- industrial waste slag concrete block" and realized the target of being load-bearing blocks with a large amount of plant fiber.
