摘　　要：针对轻钢框架住宅轻质填充墙体系与传统砖墙存在明显性能差异的现状及轻质墙板体系的诸多质量问题,并依据墙体相关功能要求的分析,对常用的若干轻质填充墙材料的关键性能进行探讨,对工程应用常见的质量问题、构造技术提出相关注意事项,供设计与施工单位参考,以利于合理选择轻质墙体和施工时保证墙体质量。According to the present situation of the performance difference between the filling wall system of light steel structure residence and the traditional brick wall and many quality problems of lightweight wall system,analysis of wall related functional requirements,discussion on the key properties of filled wall materials was carried out to put forward precaution announcement about quality problem and construction technology for the reference of design and construction unit,so as to rationally select the lightweight wall and guarantee the wall quality.
