摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,设计了无机硅酸盐-硅丙乳液-硅烷偶联剂三元体系,制备了金属表面复合防护涂层。研究了三元体系中3种组分的水解过程和硅烷偶联剂的改性作用,结果表明:硅烷偶联剂KH560的加入促进了复合体系中Si—O—Si网络结构的生成。调整硅酸盐与硅丙乳液的配比测试了复合涂层的性能,无机硅酸盐与硅丙乳液的复合可以明显改善涂层的成膜性和耐腐蚀性,硅丙乳液加入量约为40%时,复合涂层的性能良好。In order to prepare the protective composite coatings on steel bases,a three elements system was designed by sol- gel method with inorganic silicate,silicone-acrylate emulsion and silane coupling agent (SCA). The hydrolytic processes of three elements in the system, as well as the effects of SCA on the system are studied. Results indicate that KH560 can improve the structure of Si-O-Si network. The properties of composite coatings were evaluated with the proportion of silicate and silicone- acrylate emulsion changing,which show that composite with silicate and emulsion can improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. When the content of the emulsion is 40%,the coating has good properties.
