影响建筑反射隔热涂料隔热性能因素的研究

摘　　要：从涂料的主要成分合成树脂乳液、填料和颜料等因素分析和讨论其对隔热涂料隔热性能的影响,提出颜料对建筑反射隔热涂料的太阳光反射比的影响最为显著,功能填料的影响次之,树脂影响最小(特种树脂除外);同时分析了不同填料的红外反射效果,提出热反射隔热粉填料对提高涂料的近红外反射比的贡献明显,在彩色涂料中添加热反射粉填料,可以明显提高涂料的隔热效果。Analyzes from the main components of paint,including resin,fillers and toner, and discusses the influence on the performance of heat insulation coating,proposed toner has the most significant effect on the sun light reflection ratio of architectural reflective thermal insulation coating,the effect of functional filler takes the second place,resin is the minimum（except for special resin）,and analyzes the infrared reflection effect of different fillers,puts forward that the heat reflective powder filler coating has markedly contribution in increasing the near infrared reflectance,the adding of heat reflective powder filler into the color coating can significantly improve the coating thermal insulation effect.
