瓷砖背胶在瓷砖铺贴系统中的应用研究

摘　　要：SJ-601瓷砖背胶使用过程中可加水稀释,其稀释比例应满足要求;瓷砖背胶可与多种粘结材料复合使用,形成瓷砖粘贴体系,大幅度提高瓷砖与基层的粘结力;瓷砖背胶与C2型瓷砖胶组成的粘贴系统,可用于大理石、人造石材、玻化砖等材料的粘贴。瓷砖背胶在标准混凝土板和釉面砖上有良好表现,安全性能大幅度提高;在加气混凝土砌块上粘贴,其粘结强度受基层吸水率影响,建议将基层润湿后再涂刷瓷砖背胶并粘贴。The experimental results show that SJ-601 ceramic tile back glue can add water dilute in use process,the dilution rate shall meet the requirements. Ceramic tile back glue complex used with various binding material, can form a ceramic tile paste system to enhance the binding power between ceramic tile and grass-roots level sharply. And paste system composed of C2 type ceramic tile adhesive,can be used for brick paste on materials such as marble,artificial stone, vitrified tiles. Ceramic tile of gum in the standard concrete slab and glazed tile with good performance,safety performanee is greatly improved. Paste,aerated block on its bond strength affected by water absorption at the grass-roots level,proposed to shelling-out ceramic tile back glue and paste again after grassroots wetting.
