摘  要:从泡沫混凝土墙板生产厂中的卧式搅拌机(容量1 m^3)取料,并制作了泡沫混凝土试块(干密度等级为800 kg/m^3)。在标准养护室养护28 d后进行力学性能测试。分别研究了不同尺寸下立方体抗压强度统计参数及其尺寸效应,以及泡沫混凝土棱柱体峰值应变、弹性模量、泊松比。通过正态概率纸和W检验法对标准试块抗压强度进行了正态分布检验。结果表明:峰值应变变化范围为(2200~2400)×10-6,弹性模量均值为3823 MPa,泊松比均值为0.21,弹性模量与抗压强度的拟合关系式为:Ec=104/(-6.37+53.62/fck)。标准试块抗压强度符合正态分布,2个参数估计值分别为μ=6.508、σ=0.607。Reclaimed from the horizontal mixer (capacity is 1 m3)in the foam concrete production plant,foam concrete blocks (dry density level is 800 kg/m3) were prepared. Experimental block were cured 28 d in the standard curing room before the mechanical properties experiment. In this paper, the experiments were carried out to study the compressive strength of the cube and its size effect under different sizes,the peak strain,elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the foam concrete prism. The normal distribution test of the compressive strength of the standard blocks was carried out by means of the normal probability paper and the W test. The results show that,peak strain ranged from (2200--2400) ×10-6; The mean value of the elastic modulus is 3823 MPa; Poisson's ratio average is 0.21;The fitting relationship between elastic modulus and compressive strength is:Ec=104/(-6.37+53.62/fck). Compressive strength of standard blocks meets normal distribution,two parameter estimation values were μ=6.508、σ-=0.607.
