摘  要:新疆某煤化工项目碎煤气化含酚氨废水成分复杂,处理难度较大,具有氨和酚含量高、含盐量高、可生化性差、脱色难度大、毒性大、泡沫多、水质波动大的特点,其工程设计规模为2 000 m3/h,出水回用标准为中石化企业标准《炼化企业节水减排考核指标与回用水质控制指标》(Q/SH 0104—2007)。设计采用气浮+UASB+水解酸化+A/O+臭氧氧化+生物滤池+变孔隙过滤工艺,处理效果好,系统运行稳定。介绍了该工程的工艺流程及构筑物、附属设备的设计参数,可供相关工程参考。The wastewater containing phenol from broken coal gasification in a coal chemical project in Xinjiang has complicated components and high treatment difficulty due to its high concentrations of ammonia and phenol, high salt content, poor biodegradability, difficult decolorization, high toxicity, much foam and large fluctuation in wastewater quality. The design capacity of the wastewater treatment project is 2 000 m^3/h. The effluent reuse standard is the Sinopec enterprise standard Water-saving Emission Reduction Assessment Indicators and Reuse Water Quality Control Indexes for Refinery and Petrochemical Enterprises ( Q/SH 0104 - 2007). The combined process of air flotation, UASB, hydrolysis acidifica- tion, A/O, ozone oxidation, biological aerated filter and varivoid filter is used, with good treatment effect and stable operation of the system. The process flow of the project and the parameters of related structures and ancillary equipment were introduced for reference.
