摘  要:运用质量管理工具,推动科室质量管理与安全管理活动的持续改进。通过质量联络会、头脑风暴分析影响质量管理活动的原因,并拟定相应解决措施,从而使医院各业务科室的质量与安全管理活动在评审后始终保持在较高的水平。通过质量改进,各科室参与的积极性不断提高,医院多项业务指标及质量安全指标也有不同程度的改善。The paper utilizes tools for quality management and promotes continuous improvement of department quality and safety management activities. By analyzing the reasons why quality management activities are influenced through quality liaison meeting and brainstorming, corresponding solutions are formulated to maintain quality and safety management activities of the hospital's each operational department at higher level after review. By carrying out quality improvement, each department's enthusiasm in participation is constantly improved; various operational indexes and quality safety indexes have been improved to varying degrees.
