摘 要:针对传统铸造渣罐存在的铸造缺陷易引发开裂、可焊性差、焊接修复难度大、使用寿命短等问题,通过有限元计算模拟、材料性能评价、焊接技术、制造工艺流程等方面的研究,研发了新型焊接渣罐并投入应用。有限元数值计算得到了焊接渣罐不同运行工况下的温度场、应力与变形分布等,与现场跟踪测试数据基本吻合,为焊接冶金渣罐的结构设计、改进与应用提供了有效指导。焊接冶金渣罐8年来的应用实践表明,其性能稳定、可焊性好、修复潜力大。近年研发的33一焊接渣罐使用寿命可达传统铸造渣罐的2~3倍,批量生产价格仅为铸造渣罐的60%~65%,制造方法符合绿色制造理念,应用前景广阔。A new type of welded slag pot was innovatively developed and applied through the research of finite-element simulations, material performance evaluation, welding technology and manufacturing processes, because the traditional cast slag pot was liable to crack, hard to be welded and repaired, and short service life. Temperature field, distribution for stress and distortion of welded slag pot ill different conditions were calculated by finite-element simulations and the results were basically in line with the field data, providing reliable guidance to structure design, improvement and application of welded metallurgical slag pot. Eight-years application of welding metallurgy slag pot demonstrated extensive application prospects for its better weld ability, great remediation potential, longer service life which was 2-3 times of the traditional cast slag pot, lower producing price which was 60 %-65 % of the traditional cast slag pot and green manufacturing concept.
