探讨品管圈在血站供血科血液发放岗位上的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈在血站供血科血液发放岗位上的应用价值。方法 2015年9月开始在血站供血科中运用品管圈的管理方法来规范血液发放,包括调查现状、查找原因、设立目标、制定相应的应对措施并实施。结果 2015年9月~2016年4月全员的平均考核达优率为99.6%,2015年1月~2015年8月全员的平均考核达优率为94.2%,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 开展品管圈活动,增强了发放人员的工作责任心,加强了与医疗用血单位的沟通,对保障临床安全输血具有重要的意义。Objective To discuss the application value of QCC in the department of blood supply in blood distribution.Methods From September 2015, department of blood supply used QCC methods to regulate the blood distribution, including the investigation of present situation, finding the reasons, set goals, formulate corresponding measures and implementation. ResultsThe average success rate was 99.6% in the staff assessment from September 2015 to April 2016, while it was 94.2% from January 2015 to August 2015, the difference was statistically signiifcant,P〈0.05. ConclusionTo carry out quality control circle activities can enhance the responsibility of personnel, strengthen the communication with the medical use of blood units, it has important meaning to ensure the clinical blood transfusion safety.
