摘　　要：目的探究IQ200尿沉渣分析仪检测肾小管管型与手工镜检符合率对检测结果的影响。方法 82例采用IQ200尿沉渣分析仪对肾小管管型进行检测,屏幕图像审核修改检测管型呈阳性标本,对结果进行记录,采用手工显微镜法鉴别和确认82例标本。结果经IQ200尿沉渣分析仪检测肾小管管型阳性标本82例,借助屏幕图像信息,重新审核、修饰管型阳性标准,修审后62例为管型阳性标本,经手工显微镜法56例为管型阳性标准,基于手工显微镜法,IQ200尿沉渣分析仪未审核修改管型假阳性率为31.71%,经图像审核后假阳性率为9.68%,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,经图像审核后阳性和手工显微镜确定结果,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论肾小管管型经IQ200尿沉渣分析仪检测,假阳性率较高,检测结果呈阳性标本需经图像信息复审,以保证检验效果可靠性,经图像信息难以判定结果,需与手工显微镜法实施分类检查,并确认管型。Objective To explore the effect of IQ200 urine sediment analyzer detecting renal small tube type and manual microscopyon test results.Methods 82 cases of IQ200 urine sediment analyzer to test the malpighian tube type, the review screen image change detection tube type positive specimens, the results are recorded, use manual microscopy to identify and confirm the specimens of 82 cases.Results By the IQ200 urine sediment analyzer malpighian tube type positive specimens of 82 cases with the aid of screen image information, review and modify tubular positive standard, after review of 62 cases of tubular positive specimens, after manual microscopy 56 cases for tubular positive standard, based on the manual microscopy, IQ200 urine sediment analyzer unreviewed modify tube type was 31.71%, the rate of false positives after image review the false positive rate was 9.68%, the difference was statistically signiifcant,P〈0.05; After image to review the positive and manual microscope to determine the results, no statistical difference,P〉0.05.Conclusion Renal small tube type IQ200 urine sediment analyzer test, high rate of false positives and test results positive specimens by image information review, to ensure the reliability test result, the image information is difficult to determine as a result, the classiifed with the manual microscopy examination, and make sure the tube type.
