摘  要:目的应用硬膜外骨蜡填充,制造颅内占位,建立急性脑死亡模型。方法瑞典家猪30头随机分为脑死亡组(B组)和对照组(A组)。B组行开颅术,颅内放置40 ml骨蜡建立脑死亡模型,维持24h;A仅行开颅;检测两组生命体征变化。结果脑死亡组15头全部成功建立模型。B组心率(heart rate,HR)、平均动脉压(mean aortic pressure,MAP),颈动脉血流量(carotid arotic flow,CAF)、血氧饱和度(arterial oxygen saturation,SaO_2)均呈特征性改变,有统计学差异。A组HR、MAP、CAF无明显变化。结论成功建立一个急性猪脑死亡模型,脑死亡后生命体征呈特征性改变。Objective Buliding an acute brain death model by put bone wax into skull, measuring and analyise the chang of hemodynamics.Methods Thirty pigs were divided into two groups randomly: brain death model group (group B), control group (group A), for group B: dig a hole on pigs skull and put bone wax into the extradural space, for group A: digging a hole on pigs skull. Values of HR, SaO2, CVP, CAF would be recorded. Results All animals in group B showed a similar pattern in blood pressure registration during the induction of brain death. At the end of the induction, the registration showed a sharp peak. After the peak in MAP had occurred, a decline in heart rate to its basal level. The heart rate and MAP are stable. The CAF of group B showed a sharp peak as MAP. After a period of one hour ,CAF can not be observed. The CAF of group A is stable.Conclusion Acute brain death model is successful induced.
