摘　　要：目的 对胸腔镜肺大泡切除手术围术期护理的要点进行分析。方法 回顾性分析我院自2015年3月1日~2016年3月1日收治的胸腔镜肺大泡切除手术的60例患者,将其按照随机数字表法均分为实验组与对照组,每组患者30例。对对照组患者行常规护理干预,对实验组患者行综合护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果 实验组患者的护理效果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在胸腔镜肺大泡切除手术围术期护理中行综合护理干预的护理效果更佳,可以有效提升患者对于护理工作的满意度。Objective Analysis of perioperative nursing about thoracoscopic resection of lung bullae.MethodsA retrospective analysis of 60 cases in our hospital from March 1, 2015 to March 1, 2016 were thoracoscopy pulmonary bullae resection patients, 60 cases of pulmonary bullae resection surgery, in accordance with the random number table method were divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group patients. Routine nursing intervention in patients with the control group,experimental group patients comprehensive nursing intervention, compare the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results The patient＇s nursing effect is signiifcantly better than that of control group, there are statistically signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The thoracoscope lung bullae resection surgery perioperative nursing better comprehensive nursing effect of nursing intervention, can effectively improve patients for the nursing job satisfaction.
