摘　　要：目的:探讨应用医用氯化钠对儿童中厚头皮进行贮存,通过复苏观察其在创面修复中的效果.方法:收集临床健康儿童中厚头皮,应用医用氯化钠进行处理及贮存,复苏后应用于临床小型创面及烧伤后残余创面的修复,观察移植皮片成活情况.结果:儿童中厚头皮经过医用氯化钠处理、贮存、复苏后移植于临床小型创面及烧伤后残余创面取得成功.结论:医用氯化钠对儿童中厚头皮进行处理、贮存,做为一种新的异体皮贮存方式,并在临床创面修复中取得一定效果,可以更好地节约医疗成本和治疗经费.AIM： To investigate the effect of the application of sodium chloride on the thickness of the scalp in children and to observe the effect of the recovery in wound repair by resuscitation. METHODS： In clinical healthy children the thick scalp was col- lected, and the application of medical sodium chloride was used for its treatment and storage. After recovery it was used in the clinical small wound and burn the residual wound repair, the sur- vival of skin graft was observed. RESULTS： Children with the thickness of the scalp was treated with sodium chloride, storage, recovery after transplantation in clinical small wound and burn re- sidual wound succeed. CONCLUSION： The use of sodium chlo- ride in the treatment of children with thick scalp, storage, as a new variant of the skin storage mode, and in clinical wound repair to achieve a certain effect, can better save medical costs and treatment funds.
