全身磁共振背景抑制扩散成像在直肠癌分期中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析全身磁共振背景抑制扩散成像(DWIBS)在直肠癌分期中的价值.方法:选取河南省洛阳市嵩县人民医院2013-07/2015-07收治的45例直肠癌患者,均行DWIBS检查,以直肠癌原发灶病理结果为标准,分为T2、T3、T4组.结果:DWIBS对直肠癌原发病灶检出敏感性和准确性均为100.00%,肠壁病变厚度、侵犯肠周径与T分期具有一定程度的相关性;DWIBS对N分期诊断总准确性为84.44%.结论:DWIBS在直肠癌分期中诊断敏感性较高,可客观反映出转移性淋巴结及远处转移病灶情况,但在T分期中具有一定的限制,可结合MRI序列检查,提高T分期的准确性.AIM： To analyze the value of whole body magnetic resonance imaging in the staging of rectal cancer. METHODS： A total of 45 cases of rectal cancer admitted into People＇s Hospital of Songxian from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as objects of study. All patients were examined by DWIBS, then divided into T2, T3 and T4 groups according to pathological results of primary lesion of rectal cancer. RESULTS： The sensitivity of diagnosis and accuracy of DWIBS in primary lesion of rectal cancer were 100%. The thickness of intestinal wall and the diameter of inva- sion were correlated with T stage. The total accuracy of DWIBS for N staging was 84.44%. CONCLUSION： DWIBS is highly sensi- tive in the staging of rectal cancer, and can objectively reflect the metastatic lymph nodes and distant metastatic lesions, but it has some limitations in the T stage,which can be combined with MRI sequence to improve the accuracy of T staging.
