摘　　要：部队医院是部队官兵后勤服务的重要场所,服务官兵是医院的基本任务,后勤保障稳固,才能提升部队的战斗力,维护官兵们的身心健康。因此,加强部队医院管理,提高服务质量就成为了维护官兵身心健康的重要举措。The army hospital is an important place for the amly officers and soldiers logistics services, service officers and soldiers is the basic task of the hospital, logistics, security, to enhance the combat effectiveness of the army, the maintenance of the physical and mental health of the officers and men. Therefore, strengthening the military hospital management and improving the service quality has become an important measure to protect the physical and mental health of officers and soldiers.
