摘　　要：目的改革开放三十余年,我国医疗制度得到前所未有的快速发展,我国医院管理水平也显著提高,本文针对医院病案管理中的常见问题进行较深入地分析,并有针对性地提出相应处置措施。方法结合医院患者的具体病案,分析研究病案管理中的常见问题。结果高效的处置措施对于解决医院病案管理中的问题具有事半功倍的效果,也能明显提高工作效率及医院管理水平。结论病案管理是医院管理中的一项十分重要的内容,其管理水平对于促进医院的健康有序发展具有十分积极的意义。Objective Reform and opening up 30 years, China＇s medical care system has been an unprecedented rapid development, Chinese hospital management level has been greatly improved, to solve the common problems in the hospital medical record management, a more in-depth analysis and＂ puts forward the corresponding treatment measures. Methods Combined with the specific medical records of patients in hospital, the common problems in the management of medical records were analyzed and studied. Results The effective treatment measures to solve the problem of hospital medical record mauagement had a multiplier effect, but also could significantly improve the work efficiency and hospital management level. Conclusion The medical record management is a very important content in the hospital management, and its management level has the very positive significance to promote the healthy and orderly development of the hospital.
