小剂量氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探究小剂量氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压临床效果。方法 选择2014年2月-2016年1月期间在我院接受治疗的110例高血压患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组与参照组,各55例。参照组予以小剂量氨氯地平治疗,实验组予以小剂量氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗。结果 实验组患者的舒张压、收缩压下降程度显著优于参照组（P〈0.05）;实验组的不良反应发生率对比参照组无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论 小剂量氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压疗效确切,且不良反应少,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of small dose of amlodipine combination with telmisartan in treamlent of hypertension. Methods 110 cases with high blood pressure in our hospital fi＇om February 2014 to January 2016 were selected, according to random number table method they were divided into the experimental group and reference group, there were 55 patients in each group. Reference group was given small dose of amlodipine treatment, the experimental group was given small dose of amlodipine combination with telmisartan treatment： Results The degree of diastolic and systolic blood pressure decreased of the experimental group patients were significantly better than the reference group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and reference group had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ） . Conclusion Small dose of amlodipine combination with telmisartan in treatment of high blood pressure has curative effect, and adverse reaction is less, it is worthy of clinical widely.
