依那普利和螺内酯联合治疗风湿性心脏瓣膜病慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨依那普利和螺内酯联合治疗风湿性心脏瓣膜病慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法 选取2013年1月-2014年1月在我院住院时采用常规基础治疗的46例风湿性心脏瓣膜慢性心力衰竭患者作为常规组,选取2014年2月-2015年2月在我院住院时在常规治疗基础上采用依那普利联合螺内酯治疗的56例患者作为联合组,并比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 联合组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.6%,常规组患者临床治疗总有效率为80.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 常规治疗基础上采用依那普利联合螺内酯治疗风湿性心脏瓣膜慢性心力衰竭具有较好的效果,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enalapril and spironolactone treatment of themnatic heart disease and chronic heart failure. Methods In January 2013-January 2014 adopted at our hospital on a regular basis and 46 patients with chronic heart failure patients with rheumatic heart valve were selected as a regular group. In February 2014-February 2015 56 patients in our hospital when using conventional treatment based on the combination of enalaptil and spironolactone therapy were selected as a joint group, and the two groups of clinical patient outcomes were compared. Results Joint group clinical treatment of patients, the total effective rate was 94.6%, regular group clinical treatment of patients, the total effective rate was 80.4%, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Conventional treatment based on the combination of enalapril and spironolactone in patients with rheumatic heart valve has a good effect of chronic heart failure, and should be widely applied.
