黄芪生脉饮治疗不稳定型心绞痛56例的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察黄芪生脉饮对不稳定型心绞痛患者的治疗效果,为日后的临床治疗提供参考与指导。方法 选择我院于2013年9月-2014年8月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者共111例,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组55例,观察组56例。对照组患者使用硝酸甘油治疗,观察组患者使用硝酸甘油＋黄芪生脉饮治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 经过临床统计,对照组患者治疗总有效率为74.5%,观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.8%,观察组优于对照组,两组具有显著差异,临床有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 黄芪生脉饮可有效改善不稳定型心绞痛患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Shengmai Decoction on patients with unstable angina, to provide reference and guidance for the future clinical treatment. Methods A total of 111 patients with unstable angina treated in our hospital from September 2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in control group and 56 cases in observation group. The control group was treated with nitroglycerin in the treatment, and the observation group was treated with nitroglycerin and Huangqi Shengmai Decoction treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results After clinical statistics, treatment of patients in the control group the total efficiency was 74.5%, observed the patients in the observation group the total efficiency was 92.8%, the observation group was better than that of the control group, the two groups had significant differences, the clinical statistical significance （ P 0.05 ） . Conclusion Huangqi Shengmai Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of unstable angina, improve the quality of life of patients.
