摘　　要：听证会是我院在工作实践中探索出的一种新的医疗纠纷责任划分模式,对于明确医院、科室及个人应承担的责任具有重要作用,在保护患者利益、合理划分医疗纠纷院内责任、提高医务人员风险防范意识及医院管理持续改进方面都取得了较好的效果。The hearing is a new medical disputes management method,which is generated from our actual work,that has achieved good results in protecting the interests of patients,dividing internal responsibilities of medical disputes,improving the risk prevention awareness of medical staff and continuously improving hospital quality.
