摘 要:目的:比较两种材料修复颅骨缺损的优缺点。方法将2013年6月-2015年6月我院收治的68例颅骨缺损患者分为2组。其中观察组34例采用EH复合材料修复,对照组34例采用钛网修复。结果观察组手术时间短于对照组(t=4.516,P<0.05),钛钉数少于对照组(t=5.333, P<0.05)。结论与钛网相比,EH复合材料优点多,性质更接近人体骨。Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of materials for repairing skul defects.Methods 68 patients with skul defect in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015,were divided into 2 groups. The observation group(34 cases) were treated with EH composite material, and the control group(34 cases) was treated with titanium mesh repair.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (t=4.516,P〈0.05),and the number of titanium screws was less than that of the control group (t=5.333,P〈0.05). ConclusionCompared with titanium mesh,EH composite material has many advantages,and it is more close to human bone.
