人参养荣汤在乳腺癌术后化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析人参养荣汤在乳腺癌术后化疗中的应用。方法选取我院70例乳腺癌术后患者,随机其分为对照组和观察组各35例,对照组予以常规化疗,观察组在常规化疗的基础上联合人参养荣汤治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的毒副反应及Karnofsky评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌术后患者的化疗中予以人参养荣汤治疗,可降低化疗引起的毒副反应,改善患者功能状态。Objective Analysis of Renshenyangrong Decoction in chemotherapy after breast cancer surgery.Methods Selected our hospital 70 cases after breast cancer surgery patients,were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 35 cases. Control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,observation group on the basis of conventional chemotherapy combined with Renshenyangrong Decoction for treatment,then, treatment results were compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the observation group,the toxic side reaction and Karnofsky score were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Renshenyangrong Decoction in treatment of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy,can significantly reduce the chemotherapy-induced toxicity,improve patient functional status.
