晚期肺癌化疗患者应用芪胶升白胶囊治疗对红细胞ATP酶活性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究芪胶升白胶囊对晚期肺癌化疗患者红细胞ATP酶活性的影响。方法选择晚期肺癌化疗患者32例,随机分为实验A和B组,B组应用芪胶升白胶囊。结果实验B组ATP酶活性优于实验A组,差异具有统计学意义。结论芪胶升白胶囊可以有效提升晚期肺癌化疗患者红细胞ATP酶活性,通过调整细胞能量代谢,提高抗应激水平。Objective To explore the effect of Qijiaoshengbai capsules on the activity of ATP in red blood cells of patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods 32 patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into experimental group A and group B,and the B group was treated with the application of group capsules.ResultsThe activity of ATP in the experimental B group was significantly better than that in the experimental group A,the difference was statisticaly significant. Conclusion Qijiaoshengbai capsule can effectively improve the activity of erythrocyte ATP in patients with advanced lung cancer and chemotherapy. It can improve the level of anti stress by regulating the cel energy metabolism,and can be popularized in clinical practice.
