前馈控制在手术室护理安全管理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的：分析研究前馈控制在手术室护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年12月-2015年12月在我院进行手术的患者一共有102例，根据是否采取前馈控制管理给予分组，分为干预组和对照组，对照组采取常规管理，干预组采取前馈控制，对两组的护理安全管理效果进行对比。结果干预组的临床护理工作质量评高于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预组发生安全隐患事件的发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在手术室护理安全管理当中采取前馈控制，可以使安全隐患的发生率降低，使临床护理工作质量进一步提高。ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of feed forward control applications in the operating room of nursing safety management.MethodsFrom December 2014 to December 2015 patients in our hospital for surgery a total of 102 cases,according to whether to take feed forward control and management given packet,divided into intervention group and control group. The control group received conventional management,intervention group take feed forward control,nursing safety management effectiveness between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe clinical quality of care score was significantly higher in the intervention group（P〈0.05）,the probability of occurrence of a security risk events in the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nursing safety management in the operating room before taking them feed forward control,can make the incidence of security risks significantly reduced,so that further improve the quality of clinical care.
