摘　　要：目的：分析原发性肝癌患者分级护理方案的实施效果。方法将我院收治的82例原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象，这82例患者的收治时间均在2014年5月-2016年4月，随机分成实验组和对照组，每组各41例，实施常规护理的为对照组，实施分级护理的为实验组。结果实验组的生活质量评分和VAS疼痛评分分别为（93.47±10.33）分和（25.68±4.69）分，均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论原发性肝癌患者实施分级护理具有积极意义。Objective Analysis of the effect of the implementation of grading nursing program for patients with primary liver cancer.Methods Admitted to our hospital with 82 cases of primary liver cancer patients as the research object,the 82 cases of patients with treated time were from May 2014 to April 2016. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group with 41 cases. In the implementation of routine nursing as control group,the implementation of grading nursing in the experimental group. Results The scores of quality of life and VAS pain score were（93.47±10.33） and（25.68±4.69）points,in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients with primary liver cancer have positive significance in the implementation of grading nursing.
