浅析集束化护理对脑出血手术患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨集束化护理对脑出血手术患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率的影响。方法选取2015年1-12月我院收治的脑出血手术患者共48例，将其作为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组，每组各有患者24例，其中对照组患者予以常规护理，观察组则采取集束化护理，比较两组患者下肢静脉血栓发生率以及患者护理满意度。结果观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率、护理满意度均优于对照组，且组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在脑出血手术患者的治疗中，予以集束化护理能够充分降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率，护理效果显著，并且护理满意度良好。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of cluster nursing care on the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.MethodsA total of 48 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the observation group,24 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group was taken cluster nursing care. Comparison of two groups of patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis rate and patient care satisfaction.ResultsThe incidence of deep venous thrombosis and nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group were better than that of control group,and the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage operation,cluster nursing care can fuly reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,the nursing effect is remarkable,and the nursing satisfaction is good.
