摘　　要：随着国内硫磺产量的不断增加,液硫池的数量也随之增多,液硫池的安全检修也日益成为一个重要的课题。液硫池内检修具有危险因素多、作业环境恶劣等特点,若不采取有效措施,极易引发安全生产事故。对液硫池检修所特有的风险因素进行了分析与研究,并提出有效的安全技术措施消除作业过程中的安全隐患,保障检修安全可靠的进行。With the continuous increase of sulfur production in China, the number of liquid sulfur pool is also increasing, and the safety of the liquid sulfur pool is also increasingly becoming an important issue.The maintenance of liquid sulfur pool has many characteristics, such as the risk factors, the working environment and so on.If we do not take effective measures, it is very easy to cause safety accidents.the liquid sulfur pool of the specific risk factors were analyzed and studied, and put forward effective safety technical measures to eliminate safety hazards in the process of operation, to ensure the safety and reliability of maintenance.
