摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,人们对食品安全的关注度越来越高,国家也从法律政策等方面加大了食品安全的监督检验力度。介绍了白酒、橄榄油、地沟油等3种食品的感官检验和简单的理化检验方法,普通消费者可以学习和掌握,从而提高识假打假的能力,保护自身消费安全。With the development of social economy, people pay more attention to food safety, the state also from the legal policy and other aspects of the increase of food safety supervision and inspection.introduces the wine, olive oil, drainage oil and other three kinds of food sensory inspection and simple physical and chemical testing method, ordinary consumers can learn and master, so as to improve the awareness of counterfeiting ability, protect consumer safety.
