摘　　要：为了准确、快速地测出粗集料颗粒中针片状颗粒的含量,设计了"无影灯箱",结合数码相机和计算机图像处理软件(Image-Pro Plus),应用IPP分析法和游标卡尺法测量了集料颗粒的形状特征参数,并分析其针片状颗粒的含量。实测结果表明:Image-Pro Plus具有良好的可行性和较高的准确度,适于集料生产加工过程中对针片状颗粒含量的测量。The shadowless tamp box was designed to quickly and accurately measure the content of flat and elongated particles in coarse aggregate. Combined with a digital camera and the image processing software, Image-ProPlus, parameters for the shape features of the particleswere measured with IPP analysis and vernier caliper, and the content was calculated. The results indicate that with its favorable feasibility and accuracy, Image-Pro Plus is suitable for the measurement of of flat and elongated particles during the processing of coarse aggregate.
