摘 要:利用混凝土桥梁拆除废料制作同一强度等级的不同粗骨料替代率的3根混凝土梁,并对其进行静力加载试验,比较不同的替代率对试验梁性能的影响。结果表明:各试验梁的截面变形符合平截面假定,受压区高度随着替代率的增加而增大;再生混凝土梁的开裂弯矩均比普通混凝土梁小,结构规范中的公式计算值偏于不安全;再生混凝土梁的裂缝发展较普通混凝土梁紊乱和密集,跨中挠度略大于普通混凝土梁,极限抗弯承载力平均值比普通混凝土梁低11.7%。Through a static loading test on three recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams with the same axial compression strength but different replacement ratio, the bending failure process of the beams was analyzed. The flexural bearing capacity of normal section and the influence of replacement ratio on the flexural bearing capacity were also studied. The results show that the section deformation of each test beam is consistent with the assumption of plane cross section, and theheight of compression zone rises when the replacement ratio increases. While the cracking moment of the recycled concrete beams is less than that of the ordinary concrete beam, it is unsafe to use the existing code to calculate the cracking moment of the recycled concrete beams. The crackson recycled concrete beams are denser. The mid-span deflection of recycled concrete beams is slightly larger than that of ordinary concrete beams, while the average ultimate flexural capacity of the recycled concrete beams is 11.7% lower.
