摘  要:使用加速溶剂萃取技术提取黑芝麻中的植物油,通过旋转蒸发法回收溶剂,采用重量分析法对实验结果进行评价,以及对黑芝麻和黑芝麻粉中植物油的含量进行比较。该实验向学生介绍了一种高效、快速、环境友好的样品前处理方法。该实验具有较好的可设计性,即可拓展为系列植物油提取实验,可作为大学本科综合及设计性分析化学实验的教学内容。In this comprehensive chemical experiment,the accelerated solvent extraction technology was used for the extraction of vegetable oil from black sesame,and the rotary evaporation method was utilized for the recycle of the solvents.The experimental results are evaluated by the gravimetric analysis method,and the content of vegetable oils from both black sesame and black sesame powder were all compared.Thus,a highly efficient and environmental benign technology for the pretreatment of sample was introduced for the students.This experiment method also has well design ability,it can be developed to a series of experiments for the extraction of vegetable oil from different bioresources,and it meets well with the teaching content of the comprehensive and designing experiments for undergraduate students.
