槲皮素对兔骨关节炎模型关节液中IL-1β、TNFα水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药槲皮素对骨关节炎动物模型关节液中细胞因子IL-1β、TNFα水平的影响。方法:按照hulth法建立兔膝关节骨关节炎模型,20只实验动物随机等分成4组:1槲皮素组。2塞来昔布组。3生理盐水组。4模型组。各治疗组分别给予药物治疗4周,然后抽取关节液,ELISA法检测关节液中IL-1β、TNFα的含量。结果:槲皮素组、塞来昔布组关节液中IL-1β、TNFα水平均显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:槲皮素、塞来昔布能够抑制OA模型关节滑液中IL-1β、TNFα的水平。Objective： To determine the effect of quercetin drugs on IL- 1β and TNFα levels of synovial fluid in OA model. Methods： 20 experimental OA models of rabbit knee joint setup according to hulth method were randomized into 4 groups and with 5 animals in each group： the quercetin group, celecoxib group, saline group and the modal group. All the treatment groups had been administered medications for 4 weeks, then the IL-1βand TNF6 levels in synovial fluid were measured by ELISA method. Results： IL-1β and TNFα levels of the quercetin group and celecoxib group were significantly lower than those of the model group （P〈 0.01）.Condusion： Quercefin and celecoxib can significantly decrease the levels of IL-1β and TNFα in synovial fluid of OA model.
