摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患儿急性阑尾炎术后实施护理干预的效果。方法选取2013年12月—2015年12月在长春市儿童医院门诊-分诊科收治的糖尿病急性阑尾炎术后患儿126例,随机分成对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预)各63例,比较住院时间和护理满意度。结果观察组住院时间为(9.5±2.3)d,家属满意度为100%,对照组住院时间为(15.2±2.7)d,家属满意度为77.8%(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患儿急性阑尾炎术后实施护理干预效果满意。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus after acute appen- dicitis operation. Methods December December 2013 to 2015 in Changchun children＇s hospital out-patient - diagnosis, who were hospitalized in the Department of diabetes surgery for acute appendicitis after 126 children with selected, were randomly divided into control group （routine nursing） and observation group （intervention） of the 63 cases hospitalizations were compared time and nursing satisfaction. Results The hospitalization time of observation group was （9.5±2.3） d, family satisfaction was 100%, and the control group was （15.2±2.7） d, and the family satisfaction was 77.8% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus after acute appendicitis operation.
