地区主导产业选择的多维度方法研究——以新疆吐鲁番市为例

摘　　要：本文在总结现有主导产业相关理论与选择方法的基础之上,提出了以关联带动性、综合贡献性、延展成长性三基准为基础的应用于主导产业选择的系统性方法,分别使用投入产出分析、因子分析、回归分析等方法评价不同产业的多维特征,并综合3种方法的结果最终统筹考虑确定地区主导产业,具有较强的科学性、系统性与可操作性。应用本文提出的方法,最终确定吐鲁番市应大力发展的主导产业有:化学工业;电力、热力的生产和供应业;电气机械及器材制造业;食品制造及烟草加工业。Based on the summary of related theory and selection method for leading industry, this paper provides the systematic method to apply to the leading industry deciding which is based on related driving force, comprehensive contribution, and extending growth capacity. It evaluates multidimensional features of different industries respectively using different methods including input-output analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis and so on, and then makes the final decision about leading industry, which is much more scientific, systematic, and exercisable. Based on the method of this paper, Turpan city should develop these leading industries including chemical industry, electricity, heat production and supply industry, electric equipment and machinery industry and food production and tobacco processing industry.
