摘　　要：文化是民族的血脉,是国家繁荣图强和创新发展的动力源泉。推进新疆文化深度融合,对于减少和杜绝暴力恐怖事件、实现社会稳定和长治久安具有基础性作用。本文借鉴Moore(穆尔)理论,提出要推进新疆多元文化深度融合发展,就必须要科学制订文化融合发展战略,主动推进多元文化交流交融,积极推动现代文化生活方式,注重抓好文化融合重点环节,建立完善文化融合发展机制。Culture is the vein of our nation and source for prosperity and innovation of our country. And even more important, culture plays a fundamental role in promoting cultural integration, reducing and forbidding incidents of violence and terrorism and maintaining social stability and public security in Xinjiang. Referring to Moore Theory, the writer raised the idea that in order to promote the deep integration and development of multi-cultures in Xinjiang, we need to make a strategy for cultural integration scientifically, take an active part in cultural exchange and blend, insist in advancing modem cultural life styles, do a good job of important parts for cultural integration and improve cultural integration mechanism continuously.
