摘 要:目的探索椎管内麻醉教学的培训方法。方法选择规范化培训麻醉住院医师20名,随机分成两组(n=10):A组运用多媒体结合医学模拟教学,B组运用多媒体结合传统医学教学。对两组分别进行理论知识、操作技能和临床综合处理能力考核,评估教学效果。结果A组临床操作技能成绩优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床综合处理能力考核中,两组在病史采集、医患沟通、整体评价方面比较,A组成绩均优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体教学复合医学模拟教学能够提高椎管内麻醉的临床操作技能和临床综合处理能力。Objective It is explored that the training methods of spinal anesthesia teaching.MethodsAnesthesia resident 20 of standardized training was selected, randomly divided into two groups: A group using multimedia combined with medical simulation teaching and B group using multimedia combined with traditional medicine teaching. It was processed that two groups’ theoretical knowledge, clinical skills and comprehensive skills assessment to evaluate teaching effectiveness.Results The scores of clinical skills in A group were higher than B group (P〈0.05). A group results were better than group B in history taking, patient communication, overall evaluation of the clinical comprehensive treatment ability assessment (P〈0.05).Conclusion Media teaching combined with medical simulation teaching can signiifcantly improve the clinical skills and clinical comprehensive treatment capacity of spinal anesthesia.
