摘 要:目的评价以团队为基础的学习(team-based learning,TBL)在健康评估中的应用效果。方法选取遵义医学院2014级护理本科2个班级学生共230人作为研究对象,试验组117人实施TBL教学,对照组113人采取传统方式教学。结果试验组学生成绩(93.85±7.61)分,对照组成绩(82.39±4.41)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生对TBL教学方法及课程的评价总体满意度为94.87%。结论TBL教学有助于激发学习兴趣、提高学生自主学习能力,培养学生评判性思维能力、交流与团队合作精神,提高教师综合素质,为健康评估教学提供新思路。Objective To evaluate the effect of team-based learning in the course of health assessment.Methods 230 cases of 2 classes in Zunyi Medical College 2014 nursing undergraduate students were selected as the research objects, Experimental group of 117 people implemented TBL Teaching, control group of 113 people taken the traditional way of teaching. Results The students score in the experimental group was (93.85±7.61) points, the control group score was (82.39±4.41), the difference between the two groups had statistical signiifcance (P〈0.05). The overall satisfaction of the students in the experimental group to the TBL teaching method and curriculum evaluation was 94.87%.Conclusion TBL teaching help to stimulate interest in learning, improve students' autonomous learning ability, cultivating students' critical thinking ability and communication and team cooperation spirit, improve the overall quality of teachers, provide new ideas for the teaching of health assessment.
