改良硬膜外麻醉在脊柱结核合并高血压患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨改良硬膜外麻醉在脊柱结核合并高血压患者中的效果。方法 选择2013年1月~2016年1月于我院脊柱结核合并高血压手术患者100例,将其均分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用传统硬膜外麻醉,研究组采用改良硬膜外麻醉。结果 两组血压水平及麻醉优良率对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;研究组麻醉不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组18.00%（P〈0.05）。结论 改良硬膜外麻醉降低了脊柱结核合并高血压患者麻醉不良反应。Objective To explore effect of improvement of epidural anesthesia in spinal tuberculosis in patients with high blood pressure. Methods100 cases of patients with spinal tuberculosis hypertension surgery from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital were divided into study group and the control group, the control group with traditional epidural anesthesia, and the study group with modiifed epidural anesthesia.ResultsThe blood pressure level and anesthesia was compared to the similar between the two groups had no statistical signiifcance （P〉0.05）; The incidence of adverse reactions of study group was 4.00%, which was lower than the control group 18.00% （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The improved spinal tuberculosis in epidural anesthesia reduces the merge hypertension adverse reactions in anesthesia.
