摘　　要：目的 本文就阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床效果进行分析。方法 选择我院2014年9月~2016年3月期间收治的88例冠心病患者,按照入院顺序单双号分为研究组（n=44）与参照组（n=44）,参照组予以阿托伐他汀单药治疗,研究组予以阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为93.18%,对比参照组的72.73%更高;研究组患者的心功能指标改善程度显著优于参照组,均差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病疗效确切,可有效改善患者心功能,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical results of the joint atorvastatin trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods88 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from September 2014 to March 2016 admitted. According to the order in the hospital, all the patients were divided into the research group （n=44） and the control group （n=44）, the control group was treated with atorvastatin monotherapy, the research group was given joint atorvastatin trimetazidine treatment, the clinical effect of two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the research group was 93.18%, which was higher than that of the control group72.73%; The improvement of cardiac function indexes in patients of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group, there were signiifcant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of atorvastatin with trimetazidine therapy of coronary heart disease curative is better, can effectively improve cardiac function in patients with, it can improve the quality of life of patients, worth clinical promotion.
