摘　　要：通过对工业污染防治面临的主要问题以及未来工业绿色发展态势和国家环境保护严峻形势进行深入分析,指出"十三五"是中国工业面临转型升级的重要战略机遇期,并重点从推动生产方式绿色化、发展节能环保产业、推进清洁生产和循环经济、强化污染防治力度等方面提出了工业行业在推进污染防治工作中的总体思路和发展战略。In this paper, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the main problems of industrial pollution prevention and control, the future green development trend of industry sectors and the serious situation of environmental protection in China, it is thpointed out that ＂the 13-Five-Year Plan＂ period is a strategic opportunity for China＇s industrial transformation and upgrading. Then, a general idea and development strategy for industry sectors to promote pollution prevention and control is proposed with focus on promoting green manufacture, developing energy-saving and environment-friendly industries, enhancing clean production and circular economy, strengthening pollution prevention and control, etc..
